Project Overview
BT Scaffolding was appointed to deliver a full scaffolding solution for South City CNS in Dublin City Centre. The works involved providing safe access for essential roof and building remedial works while ensuring minimal disruption to the school’s day-to-day operations. Located on Whitefriar Place, this busy urban site required precise planning and professional coordination to maintain safety for both staff and students throughout the project.
The structure was designed to provide secure access to multiple elevations of the school building while supporting the contractors working on roof repairs and façade improvements. Additional safety barriers and clearly displayed signage were installed to create a fully controlled and compliant working environment around the school grounds.
Execution
Our team erected the scaffold system carefully and efficiently, taking extra precautions due to the school’s location in a high-footfall city area. All materials were delivered and installed during planned time windows to reduce noise and avoid disrupting lessons.
