BT Scaffolding provides professional scaffolding design, erection, inspection, and dismantling services across Ireland and Northern Ireland. All services are carried out in accordance with Irish and UK safety standards and regulations.
Quotes provided by BT Scaffolding are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to site survey and availability of materials and labour.
Health and Safety
We take health and safety extremely seriously. All scaffolding work is carried out by trained and competent personnel in line with current legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations. You agree to provide a safe working environment and reasonable site access for our team to perform their work.
Quotations and Payment
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Once accepted, any additional work requested beyond the agreed quotation may incur additional charges.
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment in Commercial Transactions Regulations.
Cancellations and Delays
If you wish to cancel or postpone any scheduled work, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply where significant preparation or material allocation has already occurred.
BT Scaffolding will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, supply issues, or site access restrictions.
Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safety and reliability, BT Scaffolding will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Insurance
BT Scaffolding is fully insured, holding both Public Liability and Employers’ Liability cover. Evidence of our insurance certificates can be provided upon request.
Access and Site Responsibilities
You, as the client, are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the site for delivery, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding. Any delays or obstructions caused by site conditions or third parties may result in additional charges.
You must not alter, move, or interfere with the scaffolding once it has been erected without prior written consent from BT Scaffolding.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, text, images, and logos on this website are owned by or licensed to BT Scaffolding. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website’s content without written permission.
