All reports will be handled sensitively, confidentially, and investigated promptly. We will ensure that no one who raises a genuine concern in good faith will suffer any form of victimisation or retaliation.
Where necessary, BT Scaffolding will cooperate with relevant authorities, including the Gardaí, social services, or other safeguarding agencies.

Working with Clients and the Public
BT Scaffolding staff may occasionally work in environments where vulnerable individuals are present, such as schools, hospitals, or residential properties.
In these settings, we ensure that all staff and subcontractors understand and adhere to additional safeguarding requirements, including any site-specific policies or background checks that may apply.
